First interview
A dedicated coordinator will speak directly with parents (online via Zoom or in person). This is not just a system registration, but a "concierge interview" where we will carefully listen to your child's personality, favorite activities, whether they have allergies, and any parenting concerns you may have. *We will also ask about any optional services you would like to have, such as piano lessons or parenting coaching, and propose the best plan for you.

Plan selection and contract
Based on the interview, we will select the staff member from our team of qualified teachers who will be the best match for your child. We will propose the best teacher to meet your family's needs, such as a cheerful teacher who is good at piano or a calm teacher who is good at putting children to sleep. Our services are finally starting! If you are nervous about starting a lesson, we can start with a one-hour "familiarization session" or "trial lesson" with your parents at home.
